I've finally got around to doing a spot of SSB on Four. I took the old-faithful Dee-comm vertical down and replaced it with a home-brew Moxon rectangle. Now hearing beacons from Scotland, N. Ireland, Buxton and a personal beacon in Wales. QSO's are a bit thin on the ground, but my first one was with a GD and the next one just across town in Bury.
The converted TS780 is still working a treat! smile.gif
